Our Products

j’s lucky scoops specializes in handcrafted, small-batch, dairy-free and egg-free ice cream made with care in Omaha, Nebraska.

We offer Classic Vanilla and Classic Chocolate, along with rotating specialty flavors. Flavor availability may change based on ingredients, demand, and seasonal offerings.

Allergen Information: Although our ice cream recipes are dairy-free and egg-free, products may contain or come into contact with other allergens, including nuts, soy, wheat, or gluten. We do not guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment. Customers with food allergies should contact us before ordering.

Ordering and Pickup

Orders are placed online through jsluckyscoops.com.

  • Orders placed before Wednesday at 8:00 PM are scheduled for pickup that Sunday.

  • Orders placed after Wednesday at 8:00 PM are scheduled for pickup the following Sunday (11 days later).

  • Standard Sunday pickup hours are 1:00 PM–3:00 PM.

  • Pickup instructions are provided with your order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the designated pickup window or arranging an alternative pickup time with us in advance, subject to availability.

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All orders must be paid for at checkout.

Because our ice cream is handcrafted in small batches, order cancellations and refund requests are reviewed individually. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact us so we can review your concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
